Synetro Capital seeks opportunities to create value through active investments in companies that offer potential for significant growth and/or ongoing operational improvements.
  
Investment criteria:

• Industries: Business Services, Specialty Distribution, Specialty Manufacturing (Consumer, Industrial, Healthcare)
  
  
• Market Position: Companies with a sustainable distinctive value proposition in niche regional or national markets
  
  
• Management Teams: Track record and/or unfair industry advantage
  
  
• Revenues and Earnings:
  • Platform companies with revenue of at least $8 million (typically $8-30M) and less than $4M EBITDA
  • Early stage developing companies revenue of at least $1M, breakeven plus
  • Truly distinctive start-ups with an unfair competitive advantage
  
• Transaction Types: growth capital investments, recapitalizations, management-led buy-outs, corporate divestitures, acquisitions
  
  
• Investment Size: Equity commitments of up to $4 million
  
  
• Geography: Chicagoland region, Mid-western U.S.
