Pantelis A. "Pete" Georgiadis – Managing Partner, Synetro Capital
Pete Georgiadis has more than 20 years experience advising,
building and operating companies. In 1999 he founded Synetro Group,
a management consulting and private investing firm. Synetro
Group's management consulting practice is focused on helping major
business products and services companies accelerate profitable growth
and improve go-to-market operating performance. Synetro Capital
specializes in making active equity investments in companies that can benefit from Synetro's expertise.
Prior to founding Synetro Group, Pete was the COO of Lante Corporation.
While at Lante, he led the strategic repositioning and day-to-day
transformation of this established systems integrator into a high
growth Internet consulting player. Georgiadis joined Lante after
several years with McKinsey & Company, where he was a leader of
the firm's Marketing, Sales and Channel Management practices, based
in Chicago and London. While at McKinsey, he led strategy, and turnaround
engagements for industrial, consumer products and technology clients.
Prior to McKinsey, Georgiadis worked at Hewlett-Packard and Orco
Ltd in several marketing and general management roles.
Georgiadis currently serves on several entrepreneurial company
boards. He holds a BS in Electronic Engineering, an MS in Computer
Science and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is married with
three children.
